I’ve been training people for over 40 years, beginning in 1977 at Powerhouse Gym in Highland Park. Over the decades, I’ve worked with high school athletes, college students, professionals, celebrities, and everyday people who want to improve their lives.

At 80 years old, I still lift heavy and push myself physically, showing clients what’s possible at any age. My workouts are never about just giving orders—I demonstrate the effort, resilience, and mindset that drive real transformation

After surviving serious injuries, including a car crash, I fought my way back to strength. That resilience fuels my coaching and inspires others to overcome their own setbacks. I’ve trained clients from all backgrounds, athletic levels, and ages—never limiting myself to “just elites” or “just beginners.”
